We currently ship nationwide within the Philippines.
How much is shipping?

Luzon: ₱120
- Visayas & Mindanao: ₱150
How long does it take?

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can track it directly on our courier partner’s website.
What if my package is delayed or lost?
If your order doesn’t arrive within the expected window, please contact us via or Instagram (@stoa.mnl) or email (stoa.jewellery@gmail.com) .
We’ll coordinate with our courier to locate your package. In the case of a confirmed loss, we’ll replace your order at no additional cost.
Do you ship on weekends or holidays?
Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Yes.
Contact us via Instagram (@stoa.mnl) or email (stoa.jewellery@gmail.com) as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll gladly update your delivery details.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
We allow same-day delivery or pickups upon request, subject to availability. Send us a message on Instagram (@stoa.mnl) and we will try our best to accommodate you.
Kindly be reminded that delivery arrangements and fees will be shouldered by the customer.
