We make every effort to accurately present our jewelry through descriptions and images.
However, variations in color, texture, or finish may occur due to natural materials, lighting, or screen display differences.

 

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless stated otherwise.

  • Prices and availability may change without prior notice.

  • Orders are confirmed once payment is received in full.

  • We accept GCash, bank transfers (depending on platform availability) and major debit and credit cards through PayPal.

 

4. Order Processing

Once an order is placed, we begin processing it for delivery.

Processing typically takes 1–3 business days for on-hand items before shipment.

Please ensure all details (including delivery address) are correct at checkout, as changes made after order confirmation may affect processing times.

 

5. Shipping

We currently ship nationwide within the Philippines.

Delivery estimates are as follows:

  • Metro Manila: 3–5 business days

  • Provincial: 4–7 business days

Shipping times may vary slightly depending on courier performance and location.

All orders include tracking information once dispatched.

6. Warranty & Exchange

Stoa offers a 12-month warranty for repairs, lifetime guarantee against corrosion, and 7-day exchange window, subject to our complete terms and eligibility requirements.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of receipt at stoa.jewellery@gmail.com.

We will assess and replace the item in accordance with our warranty policy.

8. Discount Codes

  • Discount codes must be applied at checkout; they cannot be added afterward.

  • Only one discount code may be used per order unless explicitly stated.

  • Discount codes do not apply to sale or final markdown items, unless stated otherwise.

  • We reserve the right to modify or cancel discount codes at any time.

 

9. Customer Information

You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information when placing an order.

Stoa is not liable for delivery issues caused by incorrect shipping details.

10. Order Cancellation

We begin processing orders as soon as payment is confirmed.

Because of this, cancellations are not permitted once an order has been placed.

However, eligible items may still be exchanged following our policy.
