At Stoa, we make jewelry that’s built to move with you—for the everyday and the meaningful moments alike. Every piece is made to last, but if something goes wrong, we'll do our best to make it right.
Warranty
Our Commitment
Every Stoa piece comes with a 12-month warranty for repairs from the date of purchase. This covers loose stones and broken or faulty clasps, reflecting our promise of quality craftsmanship and reliability.
Our jewelry is crafted from 316L stainless steel that is highly resistant to rust or tarnish. We back that promise with a lifetime guarantee against corrosion. In the rare case that your piece experiences this, we’ll replace it for free.
What's Not Covered

Normal wear and tear (scratches, fading, or natural aging)

Damage from misuse, accidents, or modification

How It Works
1. Reach Out
Email us at stoa.jewellery@gmail.com.
E-mail subject: Warranty Claim_Order Number
Include clear photos and a description of the issue in the email.
2. Assessment
Our team will review your claim within 3-5 business days to confirm eligibility under warranty.
3. Approval
If approved, you may send the item back to us for repair. In the case that we are unable to repair your item, we will replace it, free of charge.
- If the exact piece is no longer available, you may choose another item of equal or higher value.
- If your replacement item is higher in price, you’ll simply pay the difference.
- If your replacement item is lower in price, we can apply the remaining balance toward a second item. We are unable to provide partial cash refunds.
4. Shipping
We will send you detailed instructions on how to send the item back for repairs.
If your item falls under our 12-month limited warranty, Stoa covers all shipping costs related to the exchange or replacement.
Exchange
What’s Eligible
We only accept exchanges for the following reasons:

Size change

Incorrect item

Manufacturing defects

Broken clasps

Weak or faulty links

Loose or missing stones
-
Major discoloration not caused by chemical exposure or misuse

Please note that due to the hand-polished nature of our bracelets and necklaces, actual measurements may have slight variations from the specifications listed. We allow for a small, non-defective tolerance of ±1 cm in the final length. Variances within this range are considered normal and are not eligible for exchange under 'Size change,' 'Incorrect item,' or 'Manufacturing defects.'
Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery and meet the following conditions:

Item is unworn and in original condition

Original packaging and tags are intact

Items purchased during a sale or markdown are final and not eligible for exchange
How It Works

Include a description of the issue as well as photos (if applicable) in the email.
2. Assessment
Our team will review your claim within 3-5 business days to confirm eligibility under our exchange policy.
3. Approval
If approved, we will send you detailed instructions for your exchange.
- Size change: Customers cover the shipping fee both ways.
- Incorrect item and manufacturing defects: Stoa covers all related shipping fees.
4. Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your exchange within 3-5 business days.
We do not offer return or refunds, only exchanges, where applicable.
